1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in Victory Spring Academy or using its services, parents and guardians agree to comply with the school’s policies and regulations.

2. Admissions and Enrollment

• Completion of application and entrance evaluation
• Availability of space
• Submission of required documents
• Payment of applicable fees

The school reserves the right to assign students to appropriate classes based on assessment and academic background.

3. School Fees Policy

• All fees must be paid before the start of the term
• Fees are non-refundable but transferable
• Only approved payment methods are accepted
• Access may be denied if fees remain unpaid

4. Attendance and Participation

Students are expected to attend school regularly and punctually. Parents must inform the school in case of absence.

5. Student Conduct

Students must behave responsibly and respectfully in classrooms, school transport, and all school environments. Misconduct may lead to disciplinary action.

6. Use of School Facilities

• Damaged materials attract penalties
• Lost items must be replaced
• Facilities must be used responsibly

7. Transportation

School transport services are available only to registered students. Repeated misconduct may result in withdrawal from the service.

8. Withdrawal Policy

Parents must notify the school in writing before withdrawing a student. All outstanding obligations must be settled.

9. Equality and Inclusion

The school does not discriminate based on gender, race, religion, or background and promotes an inclusive environment.

10. Changes to Policies
